About the practice.

I am a certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method® and the Anat Baniel Method®, offering gentle movement lessons for adults and children in San Diego.

Training & background

My training includes a four-year Feldenkrais Professional Training Program and advanced study in the Anat Baniel Method®, including the NeuroMovement training for children with special needs.

I continue to study with senior practitioners and attend advanced workshops so that my work stays grounded in the latest understanding of neuroplasticity and motor learning.

Why this work

I came to this practice after seeing how small, attentive movement experiences could open doors that forceful intervention closed. The body is not a machine to be fixed; it is a living process that learns through care, attention, and variation.

Whether I am working with an adult recovering from injury or a child exploring their first independent movements, my aim is the same: to create a safe, curious environment where the nervous system can discover new possibilities.

“Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
